Only users who have completed registration and real-name authentication on the Huawei Cloud official website and have never purchased Huawei Cloud resources are eligible.

The promotion lasts from March 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 (The specific duration is subject to the time shown on the promotion page).

Purchase details:

(1) Each new user can purchase limited newcomer package. The number of devices that each package allows is subject to the details shown on the promotion page.

(2) Definition of same user: Huawei Cloud may deem different accounts as belonging to the same user based on the information presented during account registration, login, and use. Different accounts are deemed belonging to the same user when accounts are registered with the same identification number (such as ID number, passport number, driver's license ID, and unique enterprise identification number), when the domain name holders are the same entity (such as the same person or enterprise), or when the same mobile number, device, or IP address is used across accounts.

To ensure fairness and impartiality, Huawei Cloud has the right to disqualify a customer from the campaign and to restrict accounts when we have reasonable grounds to believe:

(1) The customer attained campaign products in a malicious manner. This may refer to registering fraudulent accounts to gain an unfair advantage in attaining campaign resources.

(2) The customer has used purchased resources to engage in illegal activities.
